The Alabama Crimson Tide 's final AP Poll ranking of the 2025-26 college basketball season has been revealed. Released on Tuesday afternoon, Alabama finishes the season ranked as the nation's No. 16 overall team, according to the final AP Poll.
The Crimson Tide jumped two spots in the final update following the NCAA Tournament, and were the fourth highest-ranked SEC team behind only No. 9 Florida, No. 12 Tennessee, and No.
13 Arkansas. Drawing a No. 4 seed in the Midwest Region, Alabama's time in the NCAA Tournament lasted three rounds, with the Crimson Tide's season coming to an end in the Sweet 16 against eventual national champion Michigan with a 90-77 loss.
The Crimson Tide also defeated Hofstra and Texas Tech in the first two rounds by at-least 20 points each. Alabama's season also came to an end with a 25-10 overall record, marking the fourth consecutive season that the Crimson Tide have won at-least 25 games.
