Anthony Pack Jr. is adding to his trophy case following a scorching hot week at the plate for the Texas Longhorns baseball team.

For the fifth time this season, a Longhorns player has earned SEC honors. On Monday, outfielder Anthony Pack Jr. became the latest player to join the list following a scorching hot week at the plate.

The California native was an on-base machine last week against South Carolina and played a key role in the Longhorns' win over the Gamecocks on Saturday. Against the Longhorns SEC rivals, Pack reached base safely in 10 of his 13 plate appearances. During that stretch, he had three multi-hit performances.

He also came through in the clutch on Saturday with a game-winning two-run double in the series-securing 4-1 win. While Pack provided the offense with a spark, he also etched his name into the record books. separated himself from the Pack 🤘 #HookEm | @theeantpack pic.
