Lady Longhorns lose Aaliyah Crump to the transfer portal

With the 2025-2026 women's college basketball season in the books, players nationwide have been weighing their options and turning to the portal for new opportunities. That list includes Aaliyah Crump, who, after one year with the  Longhorns , will be changing uniforms, according to On3 . One of the most coveted recruits of the 2025 class is now looking to join a new program that will maximize her skills.

During her only season as a Longhorn, the Minnesota native averaged 7. 9 points per game. She appeared in 24 games and missed the entire non-conference schedule with a foot injury.
