Lindsey Vonn Says She's Still Considering a Skiing Comeback 'Much to My Family's Dismay'
The 41-year-old professional skier has undergone five surgeries since her traumatic crash at the Milan Winter Olympics in February

“It’s just that ski racing is something I love to do and I never got a final run,” Vonn told Today co-anchor Craig Melvin on Tuesday, April 7. “I never got to say goodbye. ” Vonn’s disappointing crash during her final run “leaves a door slightly open,” she said, adding, “I don’t know, maybe I would do one more race to say goodbye.
Maybe I’ll race again. It might be fun to do one more run. We’ll see.
” Melvin then noted, “So you’re entertaining the idea of maybe another comeback? ” “I mean, much to my family’s dismay, yes, I think it’s something, I’ve been so isolated. I’m still kind of trapped in this I didn’t have my Olympic dream situation,” Vonn replied.
