Retired Pro Bowl wide receiver Jarvis Landry reveals frustration with former Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Chad Henne | @EdEastonJr
Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry recently spoke about a classic playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs on the 4th And South Podcast , which he hosts with former running back Leonard Fournett. He revealed he has beef with former Kansas City backup quarterback Chad Henne over Henne's clutch moment against the Browns. "Man, I got beef with this guy (Chad Henne).
The more you talk about and try to build him up in my head, I'm getting hot. Listen, because I got beef with this man. " Landry said.
"I don't think you understand, bro. That year, Kansas City ended up playing Buffalo and beating Buffalo to go to the Super Bowl, but that same, that same year we had beat Buffalo, like trashed 'em. " During the 2020 AFC Divisional round, Henne, in relief of an injured Patrick Mahomes, led the Chiefs on the game-sealing drive to run out the clock against Landry's Browns.
"So, in our minds, well, in my mind, now that I look back at it, Chad Henne really, like, the football guy really crushed my dreams, bro," Landry said. "He crushed my dreams, man. He crushed my dreams.
