Even with freshman recruiting cycle still ongoing and the transfer portal yet begin, there are indicators as to who has a head start in the race for next season's national championship.

A way-too-early Top 25 takes on a new meaning in the transfer portal era. With the portal scheduled to open Tuesday, just hours after Michigan’s win over UConn in Monday’s NCAA championship game , nothing is close to set in stone for start of next season. We know who’s definitely and most likely leaving from every roster, whether they’re seniors or underclassmen bound for the NBA Draft lottery .
