The NCAA basketball transfer portal opened Tuesday, April 7 and runs through April 30. It's a dead period with no visits permitted until April 10. In-person and off-campus evaluations are permitted April 10-30.

From May 1 to June 30, in-person, on-campus visits are permitted during the "quiet period. " An evaluation period takes place from May 8 to 10 at the NBA G-League Combine and continues until May 17 for NCAA-certified events. Last season, UC signed Kerr Kriisa and Sencire Harris in early April, but did not come up with an agreement for Baba Miller until mid-May.
