At 52, he signed a contract until the end of this season. A video on social media confirmed his arrival. He will make his debut next Thursday (9), against Platense in the opening round of Libertadores Group E.
The match will be played in Argentina. Next up is the derby against Palmeiras at Itaquera on Sunday (12), in the 11th round of the Brasileirão. Timão currently sit 16th in the Brasileirão with ten points.
