UFC fighters to collide in Hype FC Brazil main event
Hype FC Brazil's next event has a headliner – but it's not Arman Tsarukyan vs. Dillon Danis. Jean Silva and Marlon Vera will headline Wednesday's event in Sao Paulo, as the two fighters will meet in a submission-only grappling match at Komplexo Tempo.
The promotion had previously announced a headliner between Tsarukyan and Danis, but deleted the social media posts shortly thereafter. It's unclear what happened to that bout, though Tsarukyan is now booked vs. Urijah Faber for an RAF 8 wrestling match.
A co-main event between Raul Rosas Jr. and Deiveson Figueiredo is also on tap. The rest of the card will be filled with other grappling matches and bareknuckle boxing bouts.
Hype FC, a promotion that predominantly held events in Armenia and Russia, made a splash with its March event that featured Tsarukyan vs. Muhammad Mokaev, Silva vs. Bryce Mitchell, and Shara Magomedov vs.
