The Alabama Crimson Tide kept rolling over the weekend by taking two of three from the Oklahoma Sooners in their fourth SEC baseball weekend series of 2026. Alabama (25-8 overall, 8-4 conference) held on for a 3-2 win in Norman in Saturday's series finale behind clutch pitching from Myles Upchurch, Ashton Crowther, Matthew Heiberger and Hagan Banks. The foursome held Oklahoma (21-10, 5-7) to two runs on seven hits with Banks pitching a scoreless ninth inning for his fourth save.
The win came after Alabama opened the series by clubbing four home runs in Thursday's 10-7 victory. All 10 Crimson Tide runs came in the first two innings. Oklahoma rallied late to make things interesting, but Heiberger fanned Brendon Brock for the final out.
Saturday's win capped a 3-1 week for the Crimson Tide, who used a ninth inning home run from Brady Neal in a 4-3 win at Jacksonville State on Tuesday.
