Before coaching at Cuse, Straughn coached in high school and AAU from 2013-2018, then was on the coaching staff at Loyola Maryland, Saint Joseph’s, and George Washington. Reportedly, Straughn has deep recruiting ties to the DMV and DC area, and he could be an important leader for BC’s roster construction while Murray is busy in Indianapolis coaching UConn in the Final Four. The transfer portal opens tomorrow after the national championship game tonight.

Welcome, Coach Straughn!
