to 3:00 p. m. at the Ochsner Sports Performance Center in Metairie.
The competition will feature a lineup of local restaurants, caterers, and cooking teams vying for the title of Best Crawfish. Fans attending the event will have the opportunity to sample crawfish from multiple vendors and vote for their favorite. Guests will also be able to enjoy live coverage of the 2026 NFL Draft throughout the event, as the Saints currently hold four selections on Saturday.
In celebration of Autism Awareness Month, this event will place a special emphasis on supporting individuals in our community with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Beyond providing a donation to Magnolia Community Services, we are proud to include members of the Autism community as active participants—welcoming guests and helping create a warm, uplifting atmosphere throughout our booths while raising awareness for this important cause. New Orleans Saints President Dennis Lauscha said, “The Saints Draft event is something we look forward to hosting each year, and we are thrilled to partner with our friends at Cox once again in 2026.
