No longer in Columbus but in Detroit for MLB's Tigers, Dingler is now a catcher, and a darn good one. In fact, he's dominating the league so far in the newest metric in the sport. MLB introduced the ABS challenge system this season, which means players can challenge balls and strikes.

The most probable to have success at this is the catcher, it appears. And so far, no one is doing it better than Dingler. Dingler is 7-for-7 on his challenges so far this season.
