A member of Tennessee's 2025-26 basketball roster will enter the NCAA transfer portal. Vols' power forward J. P.
Estrella declared his intent to enter the transfer portal on Monday, according to Joe Tipton of On3 . The 6-foot-11, 241-pound forward is from Scarborough, Maine. He was a four-star prospect in Tennessee's 2023 signing class.
Estrella appeared in 25 games during his freshman season, averaging five minutes per game. He appeared in three games in his sophomore season and underwent season-ending surgery for a foot stress fracture in Dec. 2024.
In his final season at Tennessee, Estrella averaged 10. 0 points and 5. 4 rebounds per game.
