The El Paso Chihuahuas 2026 season features Matachines identity, a new Bargain Bites menu, giveaways, and fireworks.
El Paso Chihuahuas season 2026 promises to be a season of celebrating our culture and community - from choosing Matachines as part of its Copa de la Diversión identity, to bringing quesabirria tacos and mazapan-infused cocktails to the forefront. In addition, the MountainStar Sports Group’s culinary staff has really listened to El Paso families on a budget, creating a Bargain Bites menu with $1 to $5 items. And we know, fans love a good freebie, and the Chihuahuas are delivering, with at least 17 new souvenir giveaways this coming season.
And if that's not exciting, here's the extra pop - every Saturday game will have a Fireworks Spectacular, which means 14 dazzling fireworks nights. Opening Day for the El Paso Chihuahuas at home is slated for Tuesday, April 7, at Southwest University Park versus the Albuquerque Isotopes (Colorado Rockies affiliate). The first game out of town was March 27.
Here is your guide to the El Paso Chihuahuas season 2026: Bargain Bites The Bargain Bites menu will allow families to get a meal for $5 or less for each family member. The menu will be available at Chico's Eats & Treats, behind Section 120. The Bargain Bites menu consists of: $1 Bomb Pops $2 items include Sugar Cookies (2-pack), a kid-size fountain drink, or small popcorn $3 items: hot dog, bean and cheese taquitos, small nachos, Pasta Pomodoro, or 12-ounce Budweiser $4 items: Pretzel bites with cheese, BBQ meatballs $5 items: Pimiento chicken salad sliders.
The culinary staff also unveiled new menu items, including quesabirria tacos, quesabirria quesadillas and quesabirria tortas.
