The former UFC title challenger has said he will ‘try my hand at something else’

Darren Till has announced he is leaving Misfits Boxing and has teased a “massive announcement” in the coming days. Till, a former UFC title challenger, debuted in Misfits in January 2025 and went on to fight three times in the promotion . He knocked out Anthony Taylor on his debut, outpointed fellow UFC veteran Darren Stewart in May, then stopped ex-UFC champion Luke Rockhold in August.

Now, however, he looks set to begin a new, unknown venture. “I’m thankful for the 12 months I had with them and the three fights I had, [where I] became champion. As I said, on extremely good terms, got nothing but love for Misfits and the owners and promoters and stuff like that, and all the people who work behind the scenes. “It’s time to try my hand at something else.

” Explaining part of the rationale for his departure, the Liverpudlian said: “Not a lot of people wanted to fight me. It was getting really hard to get fights. “So, in the next few days I’m going to have a massive announcement, some massive news.
