The Buffalo Bills seem relatively content to move forward with Keon Coleman, who apparently is taking a productive, solid approach to his offseason.

But it still wouldn't surprise anyone if the Bills trade the former second-round WR before the 2026 NFL season arrives. A logical time to do so, if the Bills want to, is around the 2026 NFL Draft. That's when pick valuations are very clear, making things a bit simpler.

ESPN's Bill Barnwell could see it happening -- in a new article on Monday, he projects that the Bills could make a deal with the Tennessee Titans involving Coleman. This is the proposal that Barnwell suggests: Bills get: 2-35, 3-66 Titans get: 1-26, 5-168, WR Keon Coleman MORE: Eagles' new signing flew himself as a pilot to Philadelphia That upgrade from the 168th pick to the 66th pick for Buffalo would be a strong one, although some fans would look at this and wonder if Coleman has to be involved at all for those other four picks to add up. The Bills would end up without a first-round pick this season if they made this deal.

"After trading that second-round pick to the Bears for DJ Moore, Bills general manager Brandon Beane should be looking to move down from No. 26 and add a Day 2 pick," Barnwell writes. "He can sweeten the pot by including Coleman.
