4-star WR Khalil Taylor names Penn State as his No. 1 school
Four-star wide receiver Khalil Taylor, who was previously committed to Penn State, has put them back at the top of his list of schools.

Four-star wide receiver Khalil Taylor had committed to the Nittany Lions a little more than a year ago, but decommitted just a couple days before James Franklin was relieved of his duties. Thankfully that didn’t stop him from showing interest in the team, and now they are back in his good graces five months later. Taylor took a trip up to Penn State this weekend and made an exciting announcement following the conclusion of his visit.
The blue-chip receiver spoke with Sean Fitz of Blue White Illustrated about where his recruitment stands, telling Fitz, “I would consider them as No. 1, they’re definitely at the top of the board. ” INTEL: Top 100 WR Khail Taylor was back at Penn State on Saturday.
