Tonight’s matchup is a battle between a season-long heavyweight in Dusty May & the No. 1 seed Michigan Wolverines vs. a seasoned veteran head coach in search of one of the more dominating stretches in modern basketball history in Dan Hurley & the No.

2 seed UConn Huskies. Either of these two programs has accounted for one of the two teams in four of the past 12 championship games, and with both of them appearing in tonight’s title game, one of them will leave Lucas Oil Stadium as a champion. Will it be three in four years for Hurley’s Huskies, or will May lead Michigan to be just the second team this century (Florida, 2006-2007) to win a national title in football (Jim Harbaugh, 2023) and basketball?

Michigan is a sizable favorite at 6. 5 points, with the over/under set at 144. 5.
