Jeremiyah Love has a simple message for NFL coaches before 2026 NFL Draft

Jeremiyah Love told USA TODAY Sports the message he is delivering to NFL coaches as he looks to be a top selection in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Jeremiyah Love may become the first running back to be a top-five NFL draft selection since Saquon Barkley went No. 2 overall in 2018. However, the Notre Dame product is trying not to pay too much attention to where he might land as the 2026 NFL Draft draws nearer.

Love spoke to USA TODAY Sports about his NFL future in a recent interview on behalf of his partnership with New Balance . The 2025 All-American admitted "it's appealing" to see himself routinely listed among the draft's top talents and as a potential top-five selection. But ultimately, his focus ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft largely lies elsewhere.

"At the end of the day, I'm gonna go somewhere. And it really doesn't matter where I go or what pick I go," Love told USA TODAY Sports. "I'm gonna go and do my thing.

So, I try not to worry about it because that's just another stressor in my life that I don't need. " What Love has been concentrating on is something he can control: his pre-draft process. "I've just been taking it all in and enjoying the process as a whole," Love explained.
