Here's a full look at the current 56-man roster, including key veterans, new additions, and players battling for early positioning heading into OTAs. The NFL just announced its nine-week off-season workout routine for all 32 teams.

The training programs are divided into three phases: one mandatory minicamp for the entire roster and one rookie minicamp for each group. Key offseason dates, beginning with media availability on April 8 at the Under Armour Performance Center, are subject to earlier start times thanks to Jesse Minter's hiring and an overhauled coaching staff. The schedule includes the rookie minicamp in early May, OTAs starting May 18, and mandatory minicamp in June, with multiple media access opportunities throughout the program.

Phase One consists of the first two weeks of the program, during which activities are limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation only. Phase Two consists of the next three weeks of the program and includes on-field workouts, which may involve individual or group instruction. Phase Three consists of the next four weeks of the program, during which teams may conduct ten days of organized team practice activities, or "OTAs.
