An early look of the weather at the 2026 Masters shows a bit of a chance of rain in the first two rounds.

The weather forecast for Masters Week 2026 is looking pretty good. That's a welcome sign after the deluge in San Antonio this last week. An early look provided by Accuweather for Augusta, Georgia , shows Thursday having the best (although just a 20 or so percent) chance of rain.

If rain does fall, it would be an eighth consecutive year that a tournament round got some of the wet stuff. Further, according to the official Masters media guide, "rain has been experienced during 49 of the 89 Tournaments. " The weather really messed with the first rounds in 2023 and 2024 as each time, play carried over and concluded on Friday.

As the week goes on in 2026, the weather should get better with Sunday's final round looking to get a near-perfect weather day in Georgia. 2026 Masters weather forecast for the week Here's a daily look at the weather forecast for Augusta, Georgia, for the 2026 Masters: Monday, April 6: A high of 70 with partly sunny skies and just a 1 percent chance of rain. Tuesday, April 7: Nice with plenty of sun, a high of 76 and again, a 1 percent chance of rain.

Wednesday, April 8: Weather for the Par 3 Contest is expected to be the coolest day of the week with a high of 69 and a 14 percent chance of rain. Not too shabby. Thursday, April 9: A high of 73 is expected with mostly cloudy skies and a chance of rain of 23 percent.
