The Huskies are in the NCAA Tournament title game for the third time in four years after winning championships in 2023 and 2024. But on Sunday, ESPN broke the news that Huskies guard Solomon “Solo” Ball suffered a foot injury during Saturday’s game and will miss practice.

His status for the title game is unclear. According to ESPN , UConn head coach Dan Hurley said Ball, the team’s third-leading scorer, suffered “some type of a foot sprain. ” Ball is in a walking boot, Hurley said.
