The sun is, like, 10 million wins, no losses. It's been there forever. " His quote had to do with star defensive centerfielder Ceddanne Rafaela losing a ball in the sun recently.
It certainly could've also applied to baseball weather. It was pouring at Fenway Park on Sunday, and that has the potential to make for a very long day. But if the sun were to come out, it would win and baseball would be played.
