One of those went the way of Renato Moicano (21-7-1 MMA, 13-7 UFC), who was superior to Chris Duncan (15-3 MMA, 6-2 UFC) in every fashion en route to a second-round submission in the lightweight headliner. Event stats The UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance payout for the event totaled $151,500. Debuting fighters went 2-1 at the event. Tommy McMillen, Manolo Zecchini, Alessandro Costa and Alice Pereira earned $100,000 UFC Fight Night 272 fight-night bonuses .
Four other fighters earned $25,000 finish bonuses. The UFC sold VIP tickets to fans for UFC Fight Night 272, but the promotion did not make public the total number of tickets sold or the gate. Betting favorites went 9-3 on the card.
One fight had even odds. Betting favorites fell to 4-6 in UFC headliners this year. Total fight time for the 13-bout card was 2:20:26.
