Tension grew after Tsarukyan was overlooked for a title shot, with Topuria backing the UFC’s decision and engaging in social media mockery. That rivalry has positioned them on a potential collision course. However, Tsarukyan’s latest comments indicate there could be mutual respect beneath the surface.

I think you guys would be good friends,” Ross said.
Tsarukyan responded with a brief but telling answer: “After fight. ” The streamer then added: “I don’t think you actually should fight. We should all just come to the warehouse and play basketball and ping pong.
” Tsarukyan appeared open to that idea in principle. “Yeah, it’s gonna be fun,” he replied, signalling he would not hold a lasting grudge after their potential title fight. The exchange suggests ‘Ahalkalakets’ views the rivalry as professional rather than personal.
