The Aramco Championship is being held at the famous Shadow Creek Golf Club – widely considered to be the most expensive golf course to play in the world. Korda ‘s game seems to be perfectly suited to the tricky challenge that Shadow Creek presents, and she will enter the final round on Sunday two shots adrift of the current leader, Lauren Coughlin.

After a challenging 2025 season on the LPGA Tour , the 27-year-old has come out all guns blazing in 2026. And the Floridian looks like she’s on a real mission to dominate this season, just like she did in 2024.

Nelly Korda speaks out ahead of the Aramco Championship final round The current world number two will be desperate to record her second victory of 2026 on Sunday in Las Vegas. Korda responded when asked by reporters on Saturday to share her feelings on her third round 69. “ Yeah, Shadow definitely showed its colors today, or the last couple days,” Korda admitted.

“ It’s been playing brutal, just especially the back nine, too. I mean, you saw — there was like a four-group wait on a par-3. It was hard to stop golf balls for us.

“ So up just kind of praying it was just going to go long or you were actually going for a miss of the green there. Yeah, very happy with my round. These rounds are kind of sometimes even mentally the hardest, so stayed in it quite well.
