One all-action brawl ended in the first round and earned both fighters a bonus. Renato Moicano made easy work of Chris Duncan in the main event of UFC Vegas 115 on Saturday night from the APEX. Moicano then unleashed a profane tirade during his post-fight interview that mixed Jesus Christ's name with obscenities and a ton of other things.
He fought well, though. Moicano submitted Duncan via rear-naked choke at 3:14 of round two. Duncan showed heart in the first round but Moicano’s grappling was too much once the fight hit the mat.
Moicano is at a point of his career where he's grasping for relevancy. He's 36 and he's long hit his ceiling as a title contender. Back in 2022 after Moicano defeated Brad Riddell via submission at UFC 281, the former delivered his first unhinged post-fight interview.
