3-0 Tampa Bay The Twins got on the board with an RBI double from Josh Bell in the bottom of the fourth, and a Carson Williams error with one out turned a tailor-made double play into another run. Minnesota tied the game with a Tristan Gray sacrifice fly. In the bottom of the seventh, Minnesota broke the levee open.
Bell delivered an RBI single, followed by two Kevin Kelly bases loaded walks, and a Gray grand slam. 10-3 Twins. Cedric Mullins drove one in with an RBI single, and the Rays would go down quietly in the ninth.
Rays and Twins will do it again from Target Field at 7:10 EST with Steven Matz and Mick Abel as the probable starters.
