They sunk 4-0 in their FA Cup quarterfinal and honestly, it could have been many more. The Reds were awful, unable to stop City doing what they wanted and rarely coming up with ideas at the other end. The hosts thoroughly deserved their big win.
Liverpool were fortunate it wasn't six or seven. And so we all return to the same question: should Arne Slot stick around? The Dutchman won the Premier League last season but Liverpool have been below par at best for over a year now.
