He had thrown a pitch in the second inning Saturday in Cleveland and exited with the Chicago Cubs ' training staff. It wasn't immediately clear what happened. After the game, Horton shared some of the scoop with reporters .

Horton said that he felt tightness in his right (throwing) wrist that shifted up into his forearm.
