Portland Fire roster, 2026 WNBA expansion draft results
The 2026 WNBA season will kick off in a matter of weeks, with two expansion teams joining the league for their inaugural seasons. The Portland Fire and Toronto Tempo are the two new franchises coming to the W. On Friday, the league held its expansion draft for the Fire and Tempo to begin building their roster, with Portland adding its first 11 players in franchise history.
Portland will play its home games at the Moda Center. It is the second WNBA franchise in the city, following the original Portland Fire, which played from 2000 to 2002. Who will be suiting up for the Fire in their inaugural campaign?
