No. 10 Florida State softball continued its dominant run Friday night, mercy-ruling Notre Dame 10-0 in five innings behind timely power, aggressive base running and another strong pitching performance at JoAnne Graf Field. The Seminoles (34-4, 11-0 ACC) extended their NCAA-leading winning streak to 23 games, overwhelming the Fighting Irish (16-21, 5-9) with double-digit runs for the third time in conference play.

Ashtyn Danley doubled to left-center field, and Hayley Griggs followed with her third triple of the season to open the scoring. Makenna Sturgis brought Griggs home on a groundout, and Isa Torres crushed her eighth home run of the season to right field to make it 3-0. The Seminoles widened the gap in the third.
Kennedy Har p hit her fourth homer of the year, and Danley later reached on a single before Jaysoni Beachum d rove her in with a deep fly to the warning track in center.
