Nick Kyrgios shares whether he’ll play Wimbledon and the French Open this year

Injuries have continued to be an issue for him since that remarkable run to the Wimbledon final in 2022. It’s been difficult for fans to see a player with his talent and energy stuck on the sidelines.
But Kyrgios has now given a promising update during an exclusive interview with Tennishead, hinting at a possible return and getting fans hopeful once again. During the interview, Kyrgios also spoke highly of his new deals with Picklr and Vulcan. He’s become quite active in the pickleball scene, even launching his own line of paddles designed to match his high-energy style of play.

With that in mind, there was interest in hearing what his next moves might be, especially with Wimbledon approaching—a venue he has a strong connection to. Kyrgios spoke about the clay-court season and admitted it might be too soon for him this year.
He told Tennishead: “The clay court and I have an interesting relationship—maybe not this year, but next year is a possibility. ” His outlook on Wimbledon was much more positive. He added: “I’m working toward Wimbledon and will be playing in Stuttgart and Mallorca this June.
” The chance to play on grass again remains a big motivation for Kyrgios. It’s another factor keeping him focused as he works towards feeling ready to compete once more.
