Mike Trout was not entirely pleased with reaching base in the fashion that he did during the Los Angeles Angels ' home opener on Friday, April 3. Seattle Mariners pitcher Bryan Woo threw a 95 mph pitch that hit Trout high on the shoulder in the bottom of the first inning. That came after a high pitch that made Trout duck back.

Trout was seen glancing over at Woo with a look of disapproval before making his way over to first base. Bryan Woo’s first pitch to Mike Trout was up and in and near Mike Trout’s head. His second pitch to Trout drilled him up high.
