The A’s are back in West Sacramento for their first series of the year in front of the home crowd. The starting pitcher for the home team is going to be Jeffrey Springs. Set to make his second start of the season he’ll be looking for more of the same from his last time out when he pitched into the sixth inning and allowed only a pair of runs.
Against the Astros he’s got a good track record so we’ll be hoping for a good performance from the veteran lefty tonight to start the series on a good note. Here’s how the Athletics line up for their first home game of the year: Back in Sac! pic.
