Tiger Woods Fans Show Support for Embattled Golfer by Wearing ‘#Freetiger’ T-Shirts at Houston Open
Supporters of the pro golfer wore the shirts just days after his DUI arrest in Florida.

On Saturday (March 28), fans of the pro golfer were seen wearing white t-shirts with his mug shot and the message "#FreeTiger," referencing his arrest on Friday. The fans were on-site at the Texas Children's Houston Open 2026 at Memorial Park Golf Course in Houston, Texas.

According to Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek, Woods was driving a Land Rover when he clipped the back of a pickup truck hauling a trailer, causing his SUV to roll onto its side. Both drivers were uninjured. Woods failed a field sobriety test and refused a urine test to check for substances, though his breathalyzer showed no signs of alcohol.
