NY Giants news: Offseason program to begin April 7
It will soon be time for the New York Giants to get back to work. | Chris Pedota, NorthJersey. com / USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images John Harbaugh will gather his New York Giants for the first time when the team’s offseason program begins on Tuesday, April 7.
The Giants will hold a voluntary veteran mini-camp April 21-23, with the 23rd also being the first day of the 2026 NFL Draft. Because the Giants are one of the teams with a new head coach, they get a head start on the offseason program. Teams with a returning head coach do not begin until April 20.
OTAs, the real on field portion of the offseason, will be held May 19-21, May 27-29, and June 1-4. Media will have access to the workouts on Thursday, May 21, Friday, May 29, and Wednesday, June 3. Mandatory mini-camp will be held from June 8-10.
The Giants will be holding training camp at The Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia due to the impact of the World Cup on their facility, as well as ongoing construction related to expansions of the locker room, weight training area, and dining facility.
