Abrams adds Miami Hurricanes' Top Quarterback Commitment The Miami Hurricanes have officially landed Israel Abrams as a top quarterback commit, bringing in one of the country's most promising prospects for the coming season. The talented recruit is expected to bolster the team and help them compete at the highest level.

Mario Cristobal and the Miami Hurricanes have officially added a top-tier quarterback commitment to their roster with the signing of four-star Israel Abrams. Formerly ranked as the No. 44 overall player in the 247Sports composite, Abrams was already a highly regarded recruit before his impressive junior campaign at Montini Catholic.

Abrams led the team to a perfect 14-0 record and a state championship with 68. 5% completion rate on passes for 4, 072 yards and 40 touchdowns while also adding six interceptions and 10 rushing touchdowns. He was named a MaxPreps Junior All-American.

The Miami Hurricanes, led by Mario Cristobal's coaching staff, quickly secured Abrams' commitment after offering him a scholarship following his impressive performance at Montini Catholic. This signing brings them the No. 7 class in the country and the top ranking in the ACC, moving their national rankings up to #12.

Abrams is the eighth commit for the Hurricanes this year, and with the addition of Lennear's five-star wide receiver, they have already secured a strong start to their recruiting season. Miami enters the day ranked 12th nationally, showing off their potential in the upcoming college football season.
