FanDuel Sports Network shutting down after final NBA, NHL games
Man Street Sports Groups, which owns FanDuel Sports Networks, will shut down its NBA and NHL operations this month after the regular season and first-round of Stanley Cup playoffs are over.

We’re pleased to finish out the NBA and NHL seasons, and we appreciate the collaborative relationships we have enjoyed with our team and league partners as well as the connections we have fostered with local fans,” a spokesperson said in a statement to Channel 2 Action News. The Atlanta Hawks declined to comment. Main Street Sports Group ending brings the era of regional sports networks to an end.
The company purchased Bally Sports Network when its owners filed for bankruptcy in 2024. It rebranded it as FanDuel Sports Network and continued to broadcast games for the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Hawks and other teams across the Southeast. But financial troubles ensued.
Layoffs have been announced. And the Braves along with other teams canceled their deals in January. The Braves eventually launched their own network, BravesVision, and have partnered with several cable providers and the Braves.
