They have signed veteran Matt Gay, wo has ties to the staff, to replace Daniel Carlson, who had been with the team since 2018. Still, it wouldnโt be a shock if the Raiders use a late-round draft pick or a prioritize a kicker in undrafted free agency to compete with Gay. So, that could be fun, seeing a y0ung kicker vying for a spot with the Silver and Black.
And this is a really fun one. Circle this name: University Texas San Antonio kicker Jaffer Murphy. He recently got the NFL scouting community in a tizzy with a pro day performance frankly unseen by a kicker.
The dude is an athlete. Big time. Murphy put worth a dizzying performance at his pro day as he ran a 4.
