Rebilas-Imagn Images Maryland men’s basketball needs reinforcements at guard before it enters its second season under head coach Buzz Williams. While many are looking to the transfer portal as a likely source of production, one of Williams’ highest-rated recruits is making the case that he could be a contributor early. Four-star combo guard Kaden House has inpressed for Compass Prep throughout the season, and with their game against Spire Academy in Chipotle Nationals airing on national television, House delivered.

House was efficient, too — he went 8-of-15 from the field and 3-of-4 from the free throw line, displaying an ability to get his shot around the hoop while also draining a 3-pointer.
