Tobias Harris injury update; Forward exits Pistons game vs Minnesota
Detroit Pistons forward Tobias Harris was ruled out in the second quarter after injuring his knee against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Tobias Harris exited the Detroit Pistons' home game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday, April 2, with a knee injury. The veteran forward hurt his left knee after colliding with Minnesota big Rudy Gobert during a layup attempt midway through the first quarter. Harris hobbled as he jogged down the floor, and coach J.
B. Bickerstaff called a timeout at the 5:53 mark to pull him out of the game. He went to the locker room and didn't return.
THE FINAL STRETCH: Detroit Pistons final record prediction over last 6 games The Pistons initially downgraded Harris to questionable with a left knee contusion, then ruled him out early in the second quarter. He is the latest Piston to suffer an in-game injury, as Cade Cunningham (left lung pneumothorax) and Isaiah Stewart (left calf strain) were both on the sideline in street clothes on Thursday. Cunningham has missed nine games in a row, and Stewart has missed 11.
