The Raiders are set to host Fernando Mendoza for a visit in Las Vegas next Tuesday after seeing him perform at Indiana’s pro day on April 1.
The Las Vegas Raiders’ courtship with Fernando Mendoza is coming to a head. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Raiders are set to meet with Mendoza in Las Vegas next Tuesday. Raiders personnel were on hand to see Mendoza perform at Indiana ’s pro day on Wednesday.
The reigning Heisman Trophy winner put forth an impressive showing on the field before Las Vegas’ evaluators. Mendoza also met with members of the Raiders’ organization at the 2026 NFL Combine, as well as over Zoom this offseason, per The Athletic’s Jeff Howe. Las Vegas will acquaint itself yet again with the 22-year-old quarterback next week, with less than three weeks to go until the 2026 NFL Draft commences.
