From training camp in the summer through the NFL Draft in late April, football discourse has become inescapable. Even the schedule release is a prime-time event! With that perpetual discourse is a pressure to uncover new information, perhaps at the expense of older (and more important) information.
The film on every prospect has existed for months, and the stats haven't changed. As the pre-draft circuit continues, though, the community has found itself re-litigating old takes in hopes of uncovering a more ideal board come April. That's not always the right choice.
