Mostly dry skies, highs in 70s for Detroit Tigers Opening Day
Fans can expect mostly dry and warm weather Friday for the Tigers home opener, with highs in the low 70s and evening showers possible.
Fans heading downtown for the Detroit Tigers home opener on Friday, April 3, can gear up for a mostly dry day, especially during the game. National Weather Service meteorologist Kevin Kacan said any morning showers should end by about 8 a. m.
, with highs reaching the low 70s and dry conditions through most of the afternoon. The day will be unseasonably warm across metro Detroit โ about 20 degrees above normal for early April. Winds are expected to be breezy in the morning at 20โ25 mph, but will gradually subside throughout the day.
