A Bleacher Report analyst has predicted the New England Patriots will sign Cam Robinson, who previously played for the Cleveland Browns in 2025.

That's because we saw Will Campbell have struggles in 2025 , especially in the playoffs, and he also dealt with an injury. On the other side, Morgan Moses is a solid right tackle but he's also getting up there in age at 35 years old and decline could come quickly. Right now, the Patriots backup tackle options include James Hudson, who struggled mightily with the New York Giants last season, and Marcus Bryant, an unproven seventh-round pick of the Patriots in 2025.

With New England's need for more depth, Bleacher Report's Kristopher Knox predicts the Patriots will sign former Cleveland Browns tackle Cam Robinson. "The 30-year-old has started 114 of the 117 NFL games in which he has appeared.

" "While it makes sense to continue developing Campbell at tackle, the Patriots should be eager to have insurance at the position," Knox added. "Robinson would be a far better backup than recently signed swing tackle James Hudson III. " Robinson began last season with the Houston Texans before being traded to the Browns in a late-September trade.
