It wasn't enough to beat the Boston Celtics , however, who won 147-129 behind 43 points from Jaylen Brown and a historic triple-double from Jayson Tatum. After the game, Adebayo and Tatum shared a long embrace and spoke for several minutes. They both covered their mouths during their conversation, so it's unclear what was said.
During his postgame press conference, Adebayo teased Tatum about his return from his Achilles injury.
