One of the more unique transfer additions for CSU is Jordan Lessard from Laval University in Quebec. Here's his path to become a Ram.
Jordan Lessard’s eyes were wide open on the drive north from the airport to Fort Collins. “I thought it was beautiful,” Lessard said. “Seeing the mountains all on the left side was amazing.
” It was early January and Lessard immediately knew where his future would be. “I was ready to lock it down right away. I loved the vibe, I loved the culture,” Lessard said.
“Coach (Jim) Mora was running things well. I was excited to get it locked down. ” Normal recruiting visit, right?
In a way, yes. But no. Lessard wasn’t visiting the Colorado State football facilities and new coach as a high school prospect, nor your traditional transfer.
