Amik Robertson gets a new number with the Commanders.

Dyami Brown will not get his old number back with the Washington Commanders in 2026. The 2021 third-round pick spent his first four NFL seasons with Washington before going to Jacksonville in 2025. He recently returned on a one-year deal.

Brown wore the No. 2 during his first stint with the Commanders . It's the same number he wore at North Carolina.

However, in 2026, that number will belong to newly-signed cornerback Amik Robertson. The 5-foot-8 Robertson wore No. 21 with the Las Vegas Raiders for his first four NFL seasons and his previous two seasons with the Detroit Lions.

Robertson can't wear No. 21 for Washington because that number belonged to Sean Taylor and it is retired. Robertson revealed his new number on Instagram.
